Damaged goods - If your shipment is damaged in transit you agree to contact Purpose and Proverbs within 1 day of delivery.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the products, or if you have any problems whatsoever, it must be reported in writing or via email. Please note that you may not return any goods until you have received written authorization to do so from Purpose & Proverbs. Goods sent back without a written explanation will not be credited to your account.
