International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery times vary based on destination, customs processing, and local courier services.

  • We are unable to predict or control customs delays.

International Orders & Returns

Due to international shipping costs and customs regulations, all international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If your international order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can assist.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the courier service. While we will assist where possible, we cannot be held liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party couriers.
